Benefits Navigation
General benefits literacy, question preparation, personal organization, and warm referrals—without crossing into unaccredited claim preparation or representation.

One developing home for responsible support: mobility missions, trustworthy benefits navigation, and official information veterans can verify at the source.
BUILT FROM EXPERIENCE · GOVERNED BY RESPONSIBILITY
AVLR was founded by an infantry Marine veteran who has personally had to locate records, compare conflicting explanations, prepare for appointments, interpret unfamiliar language, and keep moving when the process felt fragmented. That experience matters because it reveals where people lose time, confidence, and direction.
But lived experience has limits. One veteran’s path is not every veteran’s case, and personal success navigating a system does not create legal authority to represent someone else. AVLR’s role must therefore begin with listening, plain-language orientation, careful organization, privacy, and knowing when the responsible answer is an accredited professional.
The long-term goal is not another promises-first claims company. It is a trustworthy bridge: help veterans identify the correct doorway, arrive better prepared, connect with qualified people, and build capability in the rest of life—career, fitness, finances, business, mobility, and community. This hub separates that developing vision from official government services and does not imply VA endorsement or current VA accreditation.
Bring suitable vehicles, skilled builders, donors, and responsible partner organizations together to create safer mobility and transitional possibility.

AVLR may provide general education, help a veteran prepare questions, explain where official resources live, and connect people with accredited help. AVLR does not currently advise on, gather evidence for, prepare, present, prosecute, or represent a specific VA benefits claim.
Those claim-specific activities generally require VA accreditation. AVLR’s responsible path is to pursue appropriate training and accreditation, partner with accredited professionals, or refer veterans directly to a VA-accredited VSO representative, claims agent, or attorney.

A RESPONSIBLE SERVICE MODEL
AVLR can build useful, ethical offerings around the claim—not sell the claim itself.
Curated VA links, plain-language orientation, community referrals, and current-source updates.
Benefits literacy, personal organization, appointment questions, transition planning, and educational guides—never a promise of benefits.
Paid transition, career, business, and accountability coaching where the value stands apart from a specific claim; accredited partners handle claim-specific work.
BUILD THE CAPABILITY CORRECTLY
AVLR welcomes accredited representatives, VSOs, veteran-service professionals, privacy specialists, builders, donors, and community partners who can help shape a lawful, useful model.
