SELECTED WORK

Selected work.
From the first idea onward.

Delivered assets, ongoing projects, and concepts tell different stories. Here is what each example supports—and what it does not.

INTERNAL CREATE EXAMPLE

AVLR Industries

DELIVERED ASSETS · CONTINUING DEVELOPMENT

The problem: many ideas and branches needed a coherent identity and digital home.

The work: company messaging, visual identity, a multi-page website, community and founder-story presentation, and a clearer commercial offer.

What exists: the website and brand assets. This is AVLR’s own development work, not an outside client engagement.

Still developing: product lines, Initiative delivery, and software concepts. Their presence on a website is not evidence that they have launched.

Next measure: whether prospective clients understand the offer and complete the inquiry journey. No conversion or revenue lift is claimed.

HOSPITALITY / EVOLVE

R&R Lodge

DELIVERED WEBSITE WORK · ONGOING IMPROVEMENTS

The problem: give an existing property its own recognizable presentation and a clearer guest journey.

The work: naming and identity development, a property website, galleries, booking/inquiry journeys, and digital-presence setup. The project history records published website revisions and continuing improvements.

Relationship: a family-connected property business. AVLR’s brand and digital contribution is separate from the founder’s personal involvement in operations; this is not presented as an AVLR-owned property.

Evidence boundary: the delivered website supports a digital execution case study. Occupancy, booking revenue, and growth impact have not been established here.

Next measure: inquiry delivery, booking completion, and the operator’s time spent on repeat tasks.

BUSINESS CONCEPT / PRODUCT DISTRIBUTION

An ELEV8-related opportunity

CONCEPT MATERIALS PREPARED · VENTURE NOT VERIFIED AS LAUNCHED

The problem: explain how a potential business around selling ELEV8 products could operate.

The work: business-concept planning, visual presentation, and private working documentation for a prospective operator, with the TPS/product-distribution relationship as context.

Relationship: planning work around a product opportunity. ELEV8 is not presented as a direct AVLR client, and no common ownership with TPS or a new venture is implied.

Evidence boundary: prepared documents show strategy and communication work. They do not establish an accepted contract, a product launch, completed installations, or sales results.

Next step: validate the model and define any implementation or partner agreement before presenting an operating venture.

CONTRACTOR DIGITAL DEVELOPMENT

Benicia Home Improvement

PROTOTYPE SOURCE EXISTS · PRODUCTION HANDOFF NOT VERIFIED

The work available to inspect: a Benicia Home Improvement app/site prototype with service and project presentation assets.

What it demonstrates: translating an established contractor’s business into a digital presentation and proposed customer workflow.

Evidence boundary: source files do not prove deployment, client acceptance, connected CRM automation, or operational results. Those claims remain out of the portfolio until documented.

Relationship: an independent business with its own ownership; no AVLR ownership or completed business sale is asserted.

PARTNER POSSIBILITY

Install X

POTENTIAL INDEPENDENT IMPLEMENTATION PARTNER

Install X could provide a white-glove installation and field-implementation role alongside AVLR’s strategy, brand, and digital work, subject to a defined agreement.

No reviewed ownership document establishes Install X as an AVLR subsidiary. Certification, training, and Initiative connections remain ideas—not an operating AVLR-certified network.

FOUNDER EXPERIENCE

AVLERActual & The WatchTower

The founder’s streaming and community history provides relevant experience in presenting a brand, communicating live, creating content, and building relationships over time.

It is founder experience, not years of agency operation or evidence of client growth. The community and longer personal story keep their own space.
